Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a comfortable and beautifully furnished 3-room apartment with an area of 50 square meters. The living/dining room features a sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a flat-screen TV, with access to a terrace. There is one room with two beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, a ceramic glass hob with 4 gas rings, a toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine (extra capsules for the coffee machine filter are provided). The apartment also has a shower and a separate toilet. Underfloor heating is available throughout. On the upper floor, there is a gallery with sloping ceilings and two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm).  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes with a terrace of 150 square meters, offering both west and north-facing positions. Amenities included are a washing machine, internet (WiFi, extra charge), and reserved parking for one car. Pets are allowed, with a maximum of one pet/dog permitted. The property is non-smoking, and a smoke alarm is installed.
