My family flew in from Atlanta and booked this property for 4 nights. There was a total of 8 people in my family and my parents who are 70 years old. When we arrived at the property and walked in. There was no AC and felt like 90 degree in the house. I plugged in the all the window AC in the bedrooms and turned on the fan. 5 mins after, the electricity in the house died. I called the host, and he asked me to go down the basement (has mouse trap and dirty) and switch the braker on. I did so and the electricity came back on for 5 mins and then the power went out again. I called the host back with frustration that I have my parents with me and we have no electricity in the house. Now I will have to find a roof over our heads for the next 4 nights. We ended up renting 2 rooms at a hotel for the next 4 nights. Which costed me an extra 1200\. I received a refund from the host but we shouldn't have to go through this. We were tired from our flight and now having to scramble where to sleep for the next 4 nights. I do not recommend this property. I have pictures and videos to prove my review. ##### moua X.
