Unfortunately, we were there over the weekend and there was considerable noise into the wee hours of the morning. We learned that one needs to register with MPD for parking and there are restrictions. You can only park on the street for 3 days out of 30 and need to park on the odd side on odd days and even side on even nights. The WI-FI was poor. The coffee pot was a nespresso type but no pods were provided. A few more coffee cups could be provided. More towels and sheets could have been provided. The pillows could be updated. The outside furniture could be cleaner. I think that this might work for young people who want to be in a busy neighborhood who want a reasonable place to stay.
