I booked this hotel for my elderly parents as my mother had a hospital appointment close by, she is quite poorly, the staff went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable ! she had a special meal cooked for her that she could eat (she has this was not on the menu and also they also made her an oatmilk porridge for breakfast) this meant so much to her as she is frightened to eat out normally. The hotel was spotless.

Friendly staff, been a few times here now and the friendly, helpful chef now knows us so that’s nice. Had a room upgrade which was really lovely so room bigger, bed bigger and really comfy, shower big enough to get at least 6 people in, will consider an up grade in future.

Great stay

The hotel was so clean. The lady at reception went above and beyond to help us with tax’s etc. The breakfast was excellent and the chef at the hot food station checked to see if everything was ok and was very attentive. Would recommend stay here.
