From the dock you can see dolphins, heron, pelicans, and skimmers. Full wrap around porch, with large screened in porch to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and take in the breathtaking views. Close to beaches, downtown Pensacola, and all of the natural wonders of NW FL. \- 25 min to downtown Pensacola \- 30 min to Navarre Beach \- 35 min to Pensacola Beach. Both homeowners on either side of the property have dogs. I was lucky to wake up really early one morning and watch as the sky and the water lit up. The rental was very clean, with modern bathrooms (and a bidet, tres chic!) and a kitchen with just about all the necessities covered. Close enough to a grocery stores and restaurants but far enough away from all that to be quiet and peaceful. The screened in porch is wonderful to spend time on.Communication was excellent, and Steven was great to work with. We highly recommend this place and will definitely book again. ##### Sue H.
