Perfectly situated on the edge of the bay in the idyllic Broadkill Beach, this inviting vacation home offers unparalleled panoramic views that will take your breath away.  
  
Embrace the coastal lifestyle with not one, but three screen porches. One of them features an eight-seat table with a built-in lazy Susan, creating the perfect setting for unforgettable al fresco dining experiences while you soak in the sights and sounds of the bay. While the others provide stunning vistas of both the bay and the Primehook Wildlife Refuge. Witness incredible sunrises and sunsets from the comfort of your own home.  
  
The primary bedroom is a sanctuary in itself, complete with an ensuite bathroom that offers bay views, a soothing tub, and a convenient stand-up shower. It's the perfect place to unwind after a day of beachcombing and exploration.  
  
This spacious retreat boasts two separate seating areas, making it easy for both kids and adults to find their own cozy corners to relax and enjoy the serene ambiance. Both feature state-of-the-art Smart TVs with your favorite streaming services  
  
Calling all chefs! Our well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up culinary masterpieces, including a 6-burner double oven range and all the supplies for crab steaming or preparing a feast for your loved ones.  
  
For the kids, we've thought of everything. Two dedicated kids' rooms, one with two bunks and another with two twin beds, ensure they have their own space to create fun-filled memories.  
  
With a mix of king, queen, and twin bedrooms, this house is ideal for shared vacations with two or even three families. Everyone will have a comfortable retreat to call their own.  
  
Beach chairs and games are included, ensuring that your days on the sandy shores of Delaware Bay are filled with fun and relaxation. An outdoor shower makes ending your beach day easy. Plus, you're just a street away from Broadkill Store, stocked with everything you need for your beach adventures, including delectable sandwiches and mouthwatering donuts.  
  
Please note that this property is not suitable for Pets.  
  
All guests must supply their own paper products, sheets, towels, and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.  
  
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.  
  
The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.  
  
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.  
  
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.
