Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. IMPORTANT - The Peninsula Community registration forms must be completed 14 days prior to arrival. Failure to submit these by the deadline will result in a $100 late fee assessed to the reservation. Parties and large gatherings (more than eight) are not permitted. Guests are required to pay a Club Access Fee to use the above facilities, payable at the Athletic Center upon arrival. Daily or weekly passes are available. During In Season 5/23/25 through 9/1/25, there is no Saturday use for rental guests. Depending on the season and day of the week, adult (16+ years) rates range from $10-$30/day or $51-$110/weekly, and child (6-15 years) rates range from $5-$15/day or $25-$55/weekly. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Free parking is available for 4 cars. There are 2 assigned spaces and the driveway can accommodate 2 small vehicles. Strict no pets policy. Additional fees will be charged for violation of this policy. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. As a resident of the community , we needed an additional property to accommodate a family gathering. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was sufficient for our needs. As a resort community, a couple of extra amenities would have added to the overall experience. First was a need for extra towels, particularly to take to the pools. The second, which we have had at another property in the community, was availability of bicycles, not only for children, but adults as well.
