(1,116 reviews) The room was a good size, the view from the window was nice. Unfortunately the TV wouldn't work, asked if they had bathroom kits, with a disposable toothbrush or toothpaste and they didn't, thankfully co-op was across the road. Asked for a dressing gown or slippers which on the website they said they have but they didn't, no wash clothes, they were out of everything! Such an unfortunate stay with IHG. I paid for a bed and a shower, the amenities were non-existent.
