We are not liable for any damage that occurs to boats docked on our property. In the late evenings (10 pm) through the early morning, please be respectful of the neighbors and keep voices and music to a minimum volume. There are steps required to access the house from the parking pad. The garage has been converted to a game room and is not available to park vehicles. This house 100% fit the bill with a decked out game room, hot tub, and ample outdoor spaces. We had 6 people total (me and the wife, our 2 teenage sons and their 2 friends) and we had a great time. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The house was recently renovated and well furnished. The game room was hit, especially with the teens, and the setting was very relaxing. The hosts were great to communicate with. Being on the canal, very close to the Marina, it was peaceful and quiet. Some very nice boats cruising the canal and everyone is very friendly.
