Guest Access: Chalet \`La Nyctale\` is equipped with an EV charger. The chalet, Spa, and Sauna are reserved exclusively for registered guests before arrival. On the ground floor, you will find: A large contemporary-style living room with a wood-burning fireplace. A well-equipped kitchen ideal for cooking and/or sharing good times with family or friends. The master bedroom with a king bed and its own full bathroom. A splendid solarium with a large dining table and a relaxation area with a sectional sofa and TV. A pool table. Upstairs are: A spacious bedroom with 1 king bed, 1 single bed A bedroom with each 1 queen bed A bedroom with two bunk queen beds A shared bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath Outside: A large outdoor dry sauna for 8 people A 6-person spa A large patio and gas BBQ IMPORTANT: This upscale contemporary-style chalet is carefully furnished with large windows and is very bright (south-facing orientation). It is perfect for family gatherings, relaxing weekends with friends, ski weekends. It is not suitable for groups of \`party-goers\`, graduation parties, revelries, etc. We ensure compliance with the number of people indicated on the rental agreement (strict supervision on-site) and ask tenants to respect neighborhood quiet after 10 PM, with penalties for non-compliance. Guest Access: Maximum 14 people 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 2 king beds, 4 queen beds Building dimensions: 2,800 sq. ft. Land dimensions: 125,000 sq. ft. Smoking allowed: No Pets allowed: Yes Additional Notes: IMPORTANT: Strict control of the number of occupants is enforced, and tranquility must be respected at all times (no \`party-goers\`). A penalty of $125 + tax per additional person per night will be charged. We accept pets (max. 2 per rental) but there is a $100 hypoallergenic cleaning fee. All our chalets are allergy guaranteed. A penalty of $125 + tax per night per additional person will be charged. SPA AND HOT TUB: The SPA and SAUNA are accessible year-round. The use of glassware in or near the spa and sauna area is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Non-compliance may result in a fine deducted from the security deposit. SMOKING: Smoking, including vaping, is prohibited inside the chalet. A $250 fine will be imposed for smoking indoors. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts in the provided ashtray. Failure to comply will result in a deduction from the security deposit. PETS: Pets are allowed (max. 2) with a $100 hypoallergenic cleaning fee. Pets must refrain from being on furniture. NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD: Please keep noise levels low and respect the neighborhood after 10 PM. We reserve the right to retain the entire security deposit in case of excessive noise after 10 PM and/or nighttime disturbances. VISITORS: Any additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to additional fees as indicated in the price. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES: Report any damages and breakages to the property manager promptly. Failure to comply may result in penalties deducted from the security deposit. To avoid damages and breakages, furniture should not be moved between rooms without prior agreement. COMPLIANCE: The owner/manager may terminate occupancy and expel guests/visitors for non-compliance or disturbance of neighbors/residents.
