The location was fantastic, allowing us to walk the beach and walk to walnut beach shopping area. We walked to the coffee shop each morning and had some nice walks along the beach. Lovely house landlord answers right back when you send her a message. Left us a little host gift. Parking Is in adjacent lot. We did not have trouble finding parking, however, some people parked us in and it was hard to get out of the lot. Not the fault of the landlord. Beautiful backyard with a fire pit and outdoor string lights. Made a nice background for grad pics with the family. Only has one bathroom, but we made the best of it. The house is charming and cozy, exactly as pictured. The backyard patio and fire pit are perfect on a summer evening. We had plenty of space for 5 of us. Short walk to the nearest beach and we also drove to the state park (free parking for CT residents). Easy walk to the shops and restaurants.
