Gracious, relaxing, and ocean views! Welcome to this thoughtfully furnished home that was put together for those who need to escape from their day to day with their favorite people.

This three level house has plenty of room for everyone. Ocean views galore! Enjoy ocean views from each level of this house. Enjoy a 3 min walk to Burwell beach. Find entertainment in our game room from board games to foosball and basketball arcade. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place.

This lovely home sits directly overlooking Long Island Sound on a quiet and private street. A picturesque 1/2 mile walk will land you at Burwells Beach. A short 5 min drive can have you soaking up the sun at Woodmont Beach.

Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are a plenty just 1-10 mins away.
15 mins to Silver Sands State Park. 15 mins to New Haven where you can enjoy famous landmarks, famous pizza, food trucks, and lots of entertainment. 15-20 mins to Yale, hospitals, and other colleges.

Poor Stay
I wanted to love the place from the pictures but I would not stay here again, especially if bringing children. The day of our stay we got the check in information. It would not be sent to us beforehand. We arrived at 4pm after being denied early check in which after the fact I found out it would be a $25 fee. The “cleaner” was just leaving. Upon arrival, the floors and stairs were dirty with hairs, there was trash left on the floor, a dirty bandaid left behind by couch. The soap container for the downstairs bathroom was clearly filled with water and a tiny bit of soap. The walls were dented, scratches, and an overall odor by the kitchen. I feel like we should get the cleaning fee back. The Wi-Fi is not what is emailed to you in the check in instructions so had to email the host who responded very quickly and the router had the correct login info. What really bothered me is that there was no ac/heat ducts in one of the rooms. In the other room, the light wasn’t working. There also appeared to be something like ketchup on one of the bedroom ceilings. The check in instructions were very specific about remote locations, but they were not listed in the accurate spots. The check in instructions said there would be complimentary wine but there was no wine. Also, the game room is not kid friendly if planning to bring children. Outlets were open and cords exposed.

Terrific house !
Rented house with some friends for Yale vs Harvard football weekend. House was perfect for 3 couples, and large loft area was good for our teenagers. Great game room - just needed some new darts and chalk. Had a minor problem checking in because batteries died in electronic lock , but owner was quick to respond and assist us in gaining access. House was clean and terrific views of the Sound. Would definitely stay again !

Ryan-Milford Beach House
First let me say Ryan seemed to be a nice man! I’ve never left a negative review-but was very dissatisfied with the beach house! The home was dirty! There was no deck furniture or beach chairs or beach towels! None of the basic necessities were not available-hand soaps, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent. We ended up leaving a day early-very disappointed!

Happy stay
Our stay was very peaceful and easy. Check in/out was very easy. The house was exactly what the listing shows and came with lots of amenities that made our stay easy as well. The owner was always available if I needed to contact anybody. Overall a great stay I don’t have any complaints.

Great space for a getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at Ryan's home. The space is cared for with all the essentials you need and lovely decor and the game room was a big hit with the kids (and adults). Rooms were spacious and had nice sized closets to store bags along with your clothing. Nice views of the sound! Our host was easy to access if needed. I knew the area which was helpful and it's not only great for accessing the water but also nearby downtown Milford restaurants and then more chain food or stores if you need them. We were all very happy with our stay and would stay again if the trip allowed for it. I think it makes for a great girls trip, a getaway for families, or even just a cozy long weekend escape!

Clean and updated
We stayed at the property while visiting family who didn't have room at their home. It was a convenient location for what we needed. Gave us way more space than a hotel room. And had the fun game room! Property was updated nicely and clean. Towels and sheets and bathroom supplies provided. Kitchen was great w the necessities to cook (though we did not cook). Washer and dryer on property w soap available. Kids had a great time in the game room! AC units in bedrooms were a thoughtful touch. Great views of the water. Easy and friendly and timely communication w the owner. Would definitely consider the property for a future trip to visit family!
