"Room was very dirty. Had random hair in the bathroom, found a fake eyelash on the table by the tv, and stuff on the sheets. We needed to use the sofa bad for my daughter and the mattress platic was discolored, partially torn, and the mattress had a yellowish tint. We asked for new sheets and the sheets had hair in the sheets. "
