"This house was just spectacular. We were looking for something that was quiet , on the water, and this house didn't disappoint. Close enough to so many activities but far enough from the crowds of Bar Harbor. The house was very very clean and had everything we were looking for. Chad was extremely accommodating in any questions we had and was a pleasure to work with. No issues at all staying here. Highly recommended !! Thank you Chad !"

"We had a very nice stay. The view of the inlet with all the lobster boats was beautiful. We enjoyed the dock/water access as well - our kids were able to spend some time fishing and even waded in the water. The drive is a little far to Acadia (a little over an hour) but we were still able to use the rental home as a base for visiting the National Park."

"The cabin was great! It was a little further from Acadia than we thought, but worked out fine for our short stay. We knew trash removal was our responsibility but struggled to find somewhere to take it. A local told us about stickers and that trash day was Thursday. Great getaway for a rustic experience. "Location, cleanliness, amenities were all a 10, but the downstairs bed was hard as a rock, and the others were so so. Comfortable beds are a must, Invest in some better bedding and this place would be a perfect 10. I would also suggest a queen sized bed for the downstairs bedroom. Otherwise we had a great vacation visiting Acadia and the surrounding area."

"The location was perfect. The size of the house was perfect. A couple of suggestions but by no means a criticism - an additional light outside near the two stairs down would be helpful. It was hard to see and we tripped a couple of times. Wooden tongs for the toaster. "Myself and my family stayed at this property for a week. Had a few bumps when we first got there but the property manager was absolutely amazing. Responded immediately and got everything straightened out. The property is beautiful whether you are outside or looking out from inside. Was further than I thought from Acadia but we managed. No issues with the hot water and there were 6 of us. We had fun filled days and very peaceful relaxing evenings. Wonderful rental."

"The kids went straight to the water and before we even checked out the house, plans were being made for our next vacation here and renting this property.
