The space
Every detail has been carefully considered to make your stay unforgettable and relaxing.

The apartment is very bright thanks to the colors we’ve chosen. It has a minimalist style, and you’ll feel right at home.

The apartment is divided into: a living room area with an open kitchen, a bedroom area, and a bathroom.

The living room features a sofa that converts into a sofa bed and a dining table with velvet chairs.

The kitchen is open-concept; you’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal: an induction cooktop, plates, silverware, glasses, a set of pots, a set of pans, a sink, an oven, a refrigerator, and a freezer.

The bedroom area is spacious and features two beds: a double bed, a single bed, and a large closet where you can store your personal belongings.

The bathroom features a bidet, toilet, spacious shower stall, sink, and hair dryer, and each guest will receive a complimentary amenity kit.

It also offers completely free Wi-Fi, allowing you to browse the web or work remotely at full speed and without interruptions.

There is an extra charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.
There is an extra charge of 15€ per hour for late check-out after 10:00 AM.
IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a crib rental service for families, but we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything your baby needs. The rental fee is only 20€. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
