This elegant apartment of approximately 48 square meters is on the fifth floor with a lift. It is characterized by being double-exposed, by being very quiet (the two overlooks are both on the internal courtyard), to be equipped with an air conditioning system in all rooms and by having been totally restored and therefore renovated in furnishings in 2024.  
The apartment opens onto the living area which includes a table for two, a two-seat sofa, a TV area, and a fully equipped kitchen which includes a fridge, a freezer, a four-burner induction hob, a dishwasher, and an oven that also doubles as a microwave.  
The sleeping area includes a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed (190cmx160cm), a chest of drawers, a six-door wardrobe, and a desk.  
The flooring is in porcelain stoneware.
