Wi-Fi, air conditioning, SMART TV 43 "Close to the nightlife, convenient to Zona Tortona and Milano Fiera. Easy parking on the road, without costs. Optimal position for connections to the city center and to the rest of the city: the motorway (Milan West ring road) is 2 km away; just below the house there is the terminus of the tram line 2, which directly connects in a few stops to the design district of Via Tortona, to the center and to the Duomo; the Porta Genova railway station, the M2 (Green Line) underground stop and the Navigli, the pulsating heart of Milan's nightlife, are only a 15/20 minute walk or a few tram stops (always on line 2). The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms (both with double beds of 160), each with its own adjacent bathroom, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed of 160 and a second smaller sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen with a balcony . Air conditioning, wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, complete the comfort of the apartment. Public pay parking available 300 meters from the house. Quiet, surrounded by the green of the condominium garden, the apartment enjoys a panoramic view of the city of Milan; from the windows of the rooms and the kitchen you can see the spiers of the Duomo with the golden Madonnina and the whole city skyline. Below the house, just outside the condominium fence, there is every type of store (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, mini-market, 2 bars, a pizzeria and others); about 300 meters a large supermarket with other shops ("Castelli" shopping center). At 100 meters from the house, a pedestrian bridge allows you to cross the Naviglio Grande and to cross the shore for many kilometers (on foot or by bike, closed to cars). Ideal route for Milanese runners. At about 500 meters, also the large park "Teramo Barona", offers the opportunity to walk among the green of tall trees or to do physical activity. Adjacent to the building, there is also a bank and a sports center with tennis and soccer fields. The appartment has a lot of space to offer, the two bedrooms are separated (one has even an anteroom, which means its really convenient if you want your children to be in a quiet place). The building is just 4 mn away from the last station of the T2 tramway, which can bring you to the center of Milan in 15-20 mn. So really easy to visit Milan by foot. If you have a car, no problem to let it in the free parking in front of the building (reminder : center of town is not free for cars, so as I just explained, better take public transportation).. ##### Sébastien C. Edificio elegante y seguro. Los anfitriones muy atentos y siempre disponibles. Aunque en el anuncio pone que hay un balcón, no es realmente más que un lavadero con un muro alto, en el que no apetece sentarse. Cerca del edificio hay todo tipo de tiendas, bares, restaurantes, farmacia, supermercado, etc. con la única matización, que durante la semana del ferragosto, está TODO cerrado, menos la farmacia y el supermercado. Lo recomendamos para pasar unos días en Milán y ver la ciudad cómodamente. Reiteramos la comodidad de tener tan cerca en tranvía, línea 2 y poder acceder sin problemas a la misma plaza del Duomo. ##### Sonia G.
