NH Collection Milano President Perfetto
NH collection Milano Président est un hôtel de renom mais surtout avec de nombreuses qualités. Bien situé non loin du Duomo et de la Scala. Personnel polyglottes et professionnel. Mais surtout chambre très confortable avec lit XXL et douce avec pression et eau chaude parfaitement réglable. Ce qui est assez rare pour une salle de bain d'hôtel. Espace de vie avec canapé très confortables et décoration de Noël très sympathique. Cerise sur le gateau, une boisson nous a été offert au bar de l'hôtel. Petit bémol: Très très chaud dans la chambre. Malgré que vous avions éteint le chauffage, nous avions dû ouvrir la fenêtre. Lorsque la fenêtre était ouverte, la rue était ultra bruyante en raison du tramway qui passait juste en dessous. Malgré tout cela, adresse à retenir lors d'un séjour à Milan. Je recommande

Déception malgré une très bonne localisation
Un hôtel avec une superbe localisation, service client très froid. Nous avons du payer 10€ par jour pour notre petit chien, l’hôtel nous a refuser l’accès au petit déjeuner à cause de notre chien, ce qui n’était pas signalé lors de la réservation. Nous n’irons plus à cet hôtel !

Bon emplacement mais chambre très petite. Personnel à l accueil peu sympathique. Personne ne dit bonjour. Pour un 5 étoiles nous attendions mieux. Prix du breakfast exorbitant. Le moins bon des Nh collection que nous avons fréquenté.

Good hotel for location, the staff are lovely and cannot help enough. Breakfast buffet is vast and good value. The bar staff are lovely and drinks are very reasonably priced. We had our room upgraded for free to a terrace room which was lovely but you can’t open the door really as the trams are so noisy until the early hours and other hotel guests smoke on their balconies so your room ends up stinking. So if you are considering paying extra, I wouldn’t bother.
