Luxury appartment in Montenapoleone (120 sqm) with parking in the building
Historic and renowned building in the real heart of Milan, with a stunning garden. It is located in the most exclusive and upmarket neighborhood in Milan.
Recently refurbished flat, it can accomodate 6 people at 10 minutes walking distance from Via Montenapoleone. and at 3 minutes from the most ancient and known park, located in the center of the city.
The apartment is fully equipped with all kinds of appliances, brand new furniture and design pieces.
It has hardwood floors all over it; two bedrooms (twin bed in the second room); a large living room with a double sofa, a rounded marble table design and a fully equipped kitchenette; two modern bathrooms; balcony facing the interior side of the building.
There are two elevators and one car parking on the -1 floor. The parking cost is 35 euros per night and has to be booked when booking the apartment, through a message to me.
The apartment includes: heating and air-conditioning system, free wi-fi, 2 flat screen TV (main bedroom and living room), washing machine, dish-washing machine, capsule coffee machine (capsules are complemantry as biscuits), hairdryer, iron with ironing board.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location and very friendly host
We had a beautiful family vacation in Milan, in Paolo’s apartment. The apartment is very well kept in a very nice building located in an excellent area. Paolo is an excellent host, he even helped us by printing our soccer match tickets! We fully recommend staying at Paolo’s apartment. Thank you for your hospitality Paolo!

Bell'appartamento funzionale e in posizione strategica!
Abbiamo comodamente soggiornato in 6 nell'appartamento per un week end; l'appartamento è molto ben tenuto, con tutte le comodità e con piacevoli accortezze per le prime necessità degli ospiti (caffè, qualche biscotto, sapone, ...) funzionale e in posizione comodissima per shopping e visite turistiche. Molto agevole anche nel check in e check out. Lo consiglio vivamente.
