Modern and spacious one bedroom apartment with a splendid view located on the seventh floor of an elegant building in the Sempione - Arco della Pace area, a short distance from the MM1, MM2 stop, and Cadorna railway station.  
  
A short distance away we find the train station and metro stop Cadorna (MM1,MM2), Conciliazione (MM1) and Domodossola (MM5).  
Near the apartment we have tram 1, 10, 19 and bus 85 stops.

Large one bedroom apartment of approximately 70m2 located on the seventh floor with lift, quiet and bright thanks to the triple view.  
Entering the apartment we find the living area complete with work area with large bookcase and desk.  
We then find a comfortable french sofa bed (140cm X 190cm) with three seats, an armchair, the TV area with smart TV and a table for four people.  
The open kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, traditional oven, microwave oven, gas hob, coffee machine and dishwasher.  
The double bedroom is set up with a double bed (160cm X 200cm), bedside tables with lamps, four-door wardrobe and shoe rack.  
The apartment is completed by a large bathroom with window with large shower cubicle, sink, toilet, bidet, washing machine and dryer.  
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and the flooring is stoneware.
