It had the basic necessities to get by and explore a new city. I will admit spending over 1000 for 4 nights, it should have been better than a motel 6 The location was both good and bad. The good was everything was in walking distance. The bad, I had no idea it would be in a shopping center. Once you stepped out the door, just so many people passing by. I wish I would have paid attention to that before booking. They do respond to email and are available for help. However, I wish there was a go to person. Everytime an email was sent, a new person would respond. No whatsapp Lastly not sure if there was a crack in the sun roof. But mosquitoes kept being killed. I would suggest using the Duomo metro stop more often than the stop they tell you to use, as it is much closer to the property. The only problem we had was an infestation of mosquitoes because of the rain. While the skylight is super cool, I believe it caused the mosquitoes to come in and keep coming in, no matter how many we killed. Malgre notre signalement, sur 4 jours, personne n est venu contrôler ou réparer. Je pourrai vous adresser la totalite des échanges écrits. J ai été contacté par mail ce matin par italiancustomer ...ils m on informé d un appel téléphonique prochain. Je vous transmets les photos prises . Минусы: очень прокуренное помещение; холодный бетонный пол; странное время подготовки апартаментов к заселению. Заселение в 12:00, но уборка помещения почему-то в 15 часов. Сказали, что можно поставить Чемоданы и пойти погулять. осталось очень неприятное ощущение в целом после того, как попадаешь в грязную квартиру. Пол в апартаментах просто бетонный и покрашенный - смотрится, как грязный. И очень прокуренное помещение - не помогали ни проветривания, ни освежители. Но в целом всё необходимое для нескольких дней пребывания есть. Главный плюс апартаментов - расположение. 2 шага - и ты на площади Дуомо. Likely due to the high ceilings. It definitely worked but would have been nice to have a bit more space. Also, I’ve never booked a hotel that had so many rules. It was like leasing an apartment for a day really - between having to go to their offices and pick up the apartment keys, and strict rules about separating the trash.
