Propety was gorgeous. Little tucked away, but they provided great instructions before hand on how to find it. And had someone out front to help as well. Got upgraded as all single rooms were booked even though i only stayed 1 night. Everyone was fantastic. Would.recommend.

I would highly recommend this property in Milan. It is located in such a great area. you literally walk out and the Duomo, shopping, restaurants are all literally in within a 2 min walk. The hotel is beyond spacious and clean. Paola is such an amazing person. She goes above and beyond for her guests. Would highly recommend and will stay there again on future visits.

Fantastic place
I was so satisfied to stay there. Reception was super kind and nice. Also keep checking the status. Amazing service. The room condition was perfect. I didn’t expect that warm with this cold weather but very warm and cozy. I could sleep very well. The location is just 2 min from Duomol and inside shopping mall but I didn’t hear any noise. I definitely stay here again!

You enter the property through an old building that is not that clean and has a strong smell like old furniture, the elevator is very small to fit suitcases and there are a lot of stairs. The rooms are spacious but the top shower didn’t work. The place is located in a very centric but crowded and noisy area.

This was a great boutique hotel. The front desk were so nice and the room was very spacious. They had little welcome treats for us, even a small panettone! the location was amazing. Right down the street from the duomo and shops. My only con is that it is in on a busy street that can be quite loud at night but I had no issues with it. Just wanted to let other people know if they don't do well/are light sleepers. Overall I would 100% stay here again!

Really nice and convinient
This hotel is quite perfect. It starts with the localization. It is in the middle of everything and near to two metro stations. The Duomo, the Galleria are really close. The staff are really helpfull and friendly. We have only compliments to all of them. The room is quite nice, quite comfortable, even with a third bed. The Kitchen was good, with frete coffe in the morning.

Always a good experience
We have stayed at Intomilan Galleria a couple of times and we have always had a great experience. The staff is always welcoming and nice and communication throughout was awesome. Perfectly centrally located and walkable to a lot of sights, dining options, etc.

The hotel is very modern. It is located in between stores. To enter the building you must enter a code, which the hotel provides you with. Once inside you take a lift to the first floor. The hotel desk is right there. The gentleman was very friendly and extremely helpful. He gave us gave us a list of restaurants, that he recommended. He also answered any questions we had. The room is lovely and decorated with modern decor. It is very clean and well kept. The location was great, about 10 minutes walking distance from the Duomo. I most definitely recommend staying here.

This place was a bit hard to find due to the fact there was ongoing construction in the downtown area of Milano. It was located on a sectioned area of a 2nd floor. The place was clean, secure and met my expectation.

Great Spot
Had the pleasure of staying at Intomilan Galleria Duomo again and the staff is always so friendly. We have stayed here a couple of times before and it is centrally located but located just the perfect distance from the center that you can enjoy a quiet evening in your room.

Great property! The room was clean and beautiful. Paola was helpful and made the check in progress very easy, and the young man at check out was also great. The Aparthotel is located in the heart of Milano, within walking distance of the Duomo, and very safe. I definitely recommend booking a room!
