Second stay at this hotel. Unfortunately the check-in wasn't as good as our first visit (staff were miserable). Checking out was far better. Standard room was fine- only issue is that there wasn't enough plug sockets in the room. Only one under the desk. The location for the hotel is excellent and breakfast is good. As a regular traveller to Milan- will be staying again.

Very modern looking from the outside and all the staff were extremely professional, attentive, helpful and all around nice. Even the security person standing by the entrance always said hello! The hotel's staff and the security person(s) by the door always made us feel more safe. The transportation arrangement to the airport was awesome as well and I highly recommend having the hotel arrange it for you. It was scheduled as requested and the driver was even early. He was amazing and super friendly. He was kind and gave us a wonderful warm feeling during our final hours in Milan. I think the only thing I would recommend to improve on is that the room we had was a bit outdated and plain. The room didn't really match with the overall of the hotel aesthetics. The room's air conditioning wasn't working properly and it was stuffy. We had to open the windows completely to allow fresh air in. The hotel is located close by to the Duomo and Galleria shopping center so it was convenient. Food and convenient stores were easy access as well. One other thing I was happy about was the breakfast with our stay. They had warm foods and a variety of choices at the buffet. This was very convenient so we didn't have to go looking for a breakfast restaurant. All in all we had a pleasant stay!

The Hotel is not far from the Milan Duomo. The neighborhood around the Hotel and on the way to the Duomo is sketchy.

Great stay, our room was immaculate and cleaned daily! Comfortable bed and a fantastic HOT shower! Location of the hotel was perfect, a two minute walk to the Duomo and all the shops so it was very convenient location!

Book 2 rooms for my family and 2 friends. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that 2 kids ages 2yo and 6yo were not allowed to stay with us in our room even if we paid extra. We were told to book a separate room for the kids because it was the law. However, as long as we pay for the extra room it didn’t matter where the kids stayed. We were very disappointed, but the hotel staff Mark never seemed to care. We were forced to book an extra room because we didn’t have a choice and staff were not willing to work with us. On top of that the AC on both rooms didn’t work, called front desk to get it fix and was told to they were too busy at that moment and could not help us. The rooms can get too loud at night because of the bar in 10th floor stayed in 8th floor. I hoped our experience is just something out of the ordinary because never had this experience at other hotels.
