The apartment consists of a living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious balcony. The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed and a living room furniture with a TV, while the open kitchen is equipped with all appliances (microwave, induction hob, dishwasher) and utensils and tableware. The apartment also includes two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a washing machine, and high-speed fiber internet. Palazzo Candiani is a modern complex with 19 apartments of different types (it is possible to rent multiple adjacent apartments) and offers a gym and a garage for guests' use (check the costs with our customer care service). All apartments have the most modern comforts and a home automation system to manage temperature and the opening and closing of doors and windows. The apartment is located in the heart of the Bovisa district, home to the Politecnico di Milano, making it a lively neighborhood with bars, restaurants, clubs, and services. Bovisa also offers direct train connections to Milan Malpensa Airport.
