Spacious two-bedroom apartment in a green and quiet setting of the Fieramilanocity district, a few steps from the Amendola and Buonarroti Metro stations (line MM1 - red).  
  
Via Alberto Mario is close to Fieramilanocity, the urban center of the Milan Fairgrounds. The Amendola (400 meters) and Buonarroti (550 meters) Metro stations, both on the red line MM1 are a short distance from the apartment and allow reaching the city center within minutes (stops: Cordusio/Duomo/San Babila). Within a 500-meter radius, you can also find stops for trams 16 and buses 61, 63, 67, 68, 80, 90 and 91.

Thanks to the proximity to the Amendola and Buonarroti Metro stations, it is possible to reach within a few minutes a number of points of interest, including the National Theater (stop: Wagner), Piazza Duomo, the Royal Palace and the Museo del Novecento (stop: Duomo), the Sforza Castle and Parco Sempione (stop: Cairoli), and the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie (reachable by tram 16). Tram 16 is also ideal to reach the San Siro Stadium in just 15 minutes. Many restaurants, bars and clubs can be found near Via Alberto Mario. In particular, we point out: - Baobab Burger Organico, proposing a completely new way of understanding pizza, while maintaining fidelity to Neapolitan tradition; - Ristorante Novecento, for a tasty dinner without too many frills; - Bomaki Sanzio, a sushi bar offering Japanese-Brazilian fusion cuisine; - Vanilla Bakery, for US-style desserts, recipes and brunch. The location of the apartment is also ideal for visiting the San Luca Hospital, just 450 meters from the apartment.

The ground-floor apartment measures approximately 80 m2 and has been recently renovated. It opens onto a foyer (featuring a comfortable coat stand) that leads to the large living area, furnished with Queen-size sleeper sofa, comfortable armchair, TV corner and table for 6. The open-floor kitchen has fridge, freezer, traditional oven, microwave and electric hobs. The room overlooks a very quiet private street. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: the first with Queen-size bed, large wardrobe, desk, bedside tables and lamps, while the second includes Queen-size bed and comfortable wardrobe. Finally, the bathroom, equipped with washer, sanitary ware and large shower stall.  
  
The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, Bed Linen and Towels (additional set), Extra Cleaning, Final Cleaning for pets, Late Arrival, Refundable Security Deposit by credit card, Tourist tax.
