Located in a strategic area, close to Bocconi University and the Prada Foundation, it is well connected to Milan\\'s main points of interest. The flat has: Living room An elegant space to relax, with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table for convivial dinners and a footstool that can be opened up, turning into a single bed for an extra guest. The refined atmosphere combines old-world charm with modern comfort, making it perfect for relaxing moments or an informal meal. Kitchen A fully equipped and very modern kitchen is ideal for preparing meals in total comfort. There is a direct connection to the terrace, which offers ample outdoor space. The terrace also gives access to the laundry room with washing machine, for maximum convenience during your stay. Patronal Bedroom A unique bedroom with a hanging bed that adds a touch of modernity and charm. Access to the private terrace allows you to enjoy the tranquillity of the area. Finally, it has a: En-suite bathroom A beautifully designed bathroom, entirely pink, which creates a delicate and luxurious atmosphere. Secondary bedroom Cosy and functional, this room is equipped with a French bed, a desk ideal for working or studying and a wardrobe for storing personal belongings. This room also has direct access to the main terrace, perfect for an outdoor break. Secondary Bathroom Located between the first and second bedroom, this bathroom is elegant and refined, entirely white. It is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin, offering functionality and comfort in a clean, modern environment. Terraces The first terrace, accessible from the living room and the second bedroom, is spacious and furnished with a small table, perfect for a break in the open air. The second terrace, accessible from the kitchen and the main bedroom, has a table and chairs and is a little smaller, but just as cosy.
