Situated in Las Lagunas de Mijas, the holiday apartment "Villa María" offers an excellent view of the Mediterranean Sea. The 102 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 6 people. Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.  
  
This property features a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a shared outdoor pool (open during the Easter holidays and from June 1 to October 1).  
  
The property is located close to the beach, with one supermarket at the doorstep of the residential complex and another one, Mercadona, within a 10-minute walk. It takes just a minute to reach a gas station and a bakery on foot.
