Villa Terrazas Calamijas is a beautiful and cozy vacation rental in the La Cala de Mijas district. The property boasts a sunny southeast-facing position and offers shared amenities such as a garden, a kidney-shaped swimming pool (7 x 20 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.), a children's pool, and an outdoor shower. It features a stepped path (30 steps) leading to the house and parking space n 236. The villa is well-equipped with amenities like Internet Wifi, a Yard, and Parking.

The villa is surrounded by a shared garden area, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. The highlight is the kidney-shaped swimming pool, measuring 7 x 20 m with a depth of 140 - 140 cm, available seasonally from May 15th to September 15th. Guests can also enjoy the children's pool and an outdoor shower.

The property is situated in a quiet and sunny location in the La Cala de Mijas district, approximately 900 meters from the sea. Nearby, you'll find a shop (400 m), a supermarket, restaurant, and bar (300 m), a bakery (150 m), and a café (300 m). The neighborhood is highly sensitive to noise, so quietness and good behavior are expected. Additionally, the complex features a padel court for recreational activities.

The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

The "Terrazas de Calamijas" apartment comes with several amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. It features air-conditioning and forced-air heating for your climate control needs.
