Registration number – CTC- 2019010665\. Lovely south facing 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment with a small private garden. This refurbished two bedroom apartment is situated in the popular Jardines de Calahonda area on the Caserio complex. This bright spacious apartment is in an excellent location for either a family holiday or a couples retreat. Situated within 1km walking distance to the beach and all amenities, this apartment is perfect for those who do not wish to hire a car. Complementary WIFI and UK Television channels are provided. The pool is open all year round from dawn till dusk. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates. In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more.
