This high-end residence offers you a breathtaking view of the sea from the apartment as well as its 35 m² terrace.  
 The apartment is located on the top floor, it consists of a beautiful entrance, a living room opening onto a 35 m² terrace with its sea view, a separate and furnished kitchen, a first bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom shower room with wc, upstairs the second bedroom with a double bed and its bathroom/wc, a terrace with its sea view.  
 There is an underground parking space.  
 Wifi + International TV  
 The apartment is fully furnished with taste and refinement.
