It is located in a residential area next to the golf course and offers a refreshing community pool. The shared chlorine pool is perfect for cooling off after a day playing golf or at the beach. It sizes 16 x 8 meters and its depth ranges between 1 and 2.1 meters. It also has a 6x6 metres with a 0.4 metres depth children pool so that the little ones can enjoy the water too. The apartment has a fantastic terrace where you can have your meals alfresco with views of the sea in the distance. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the complex and has a practical and cozy style, with everything you need for a perfect vacation. Le voyage a plutôt mal commencé: au lieu d'obtenir le droit d'accéder à l'appartement vers midi au lieu de 16h00 (early check-in), nous n'avons finalement eu accès à notre appartement que vers le coup de 20h00: nous sommes arrivés à 15h30 et le ménage n'était pas fait (nous avons du appeler pour que le ménage soit fait). Nous avons aussi été surpris par: -La cuisine et le réfrigérateur qui sont minuscules (cela n'est pas du tout apparent sur les photos) -La chambre des parents : lit de 1,40 mètres et fenêtre bloquée -Le niveau d'usure des lits, du fauteuil et du linge est très élevé: il est absolument nécessaire de les remplacer -Un seul climatiseur dans tout l'appartement -Pas de parasol pour le balcon -Petite télé et chaines TV peu intéressantes Ce qu'on a aimé: -La piscine était bien pour les enfants et était peu occupée (même si un peu sale certains jours à cause du vent) -La vue sur mer lointaine depuis le balcon, le salon et la chambre à coucher -Le parking à l'intérieur de la résidence -La position de la résidence (obligation quand même d'avoir une voiture) assez proche de la plage de Cabopino (5km) à proximité des centres commerciaux (la Canãda, Miramar, Plaza Mayor, Corte Ingles, etc.), du parc aquatique, des super marchés,... ##### Adil H. Loved the quiet location and pool. positivo: Quiet complex with not too many apartments. Away from noise of the resort. Good sized pool with loungers to use. Even with youngish children we managed the walk down to the strip and also the beach restaurants. Taxis were cheap and easy enough to arrange when we didn't fancy the walk. negativo: Very small kitchen but still had everything we needed.
