There was a smell in one of the bedrooms of a wet dog to the extent that my 19year old daughter had to share a room with her 16 year old brother. This was extremely disappointing as we had sought a three bedroom apartment for this reason alone. We had to launder both the towels and the sheets on the beds as they were musty. In the end we decided to go and buy new towels. To be fair Vincent who provided excellent customer service cancelled the fee for the linens/towels on our complaint. The kitchen is well equipped albeit you need to wash everything prior to using it. The apartment is in a lovely location, Vincent is extremely helpful. Brilliant sea views from all balconies, Vincent was brilliant and always available if needed. Plenty of room, great balconies, all facilities required - even down to the shopping trolley. Vincent was on hand if there were any problems.
