Tranquil 2 bedroom apartment in a well maintained urbanization just a 10 minute walk from the beach. Situated in Calahonda, this property is ideal for guests looking to have a relaxing stay with amenities and restaurants nearby but also a short drive from Marbella, Malaga and surrounding towns. The pools and gardens make this an ideal property for families, but the fast internet connection also makes this apartment attractive to professionals looking to work from the Costa del Sol. The property is South East facing terrace, making it very bright. The terrace overlooks the communal gardens and swimming pools (which can be used all year round), providing a beautiful sunrise you can enjoy in absolute tranquillity. It has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as living-dining room, kitchen, terrace and porch with an external laundry room where the washing machine is located. The main bedroom overlooks the swimming pool and communal gardens, and has a double bed with a high quality 150cm viscoelastic mattress. It also has a chest of drawers that can be used as a desk to work comfortably. The second bedroom has a window overlooking the entrance to the urbanisation. It has a trundle bed with two high quality 90cm mattresses. Depending on your needs, you can have two single beds or just one, giving you plenty of space to set up a workspace. The bathroom has a window and a large shower with good water pressure. The living room has a television with Chromecast, so you can enjoy content from platforms such as Netflix or other content from your mobile or tablet. The sofa is large and comfortable. The dining table is perfect for up to 4-6 people and you will have all the necessary kitchenware. The kitchen has a new oven, microwave, and everything else you need to cook. The laundry room has a washing machine. A powerful hoover is provided. All windows have grills and mosquito nets. There is hot/cold air-conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. It has been furnished with care and attention to detail so that you can enjoy your stay to the full. It is ideal for people who want to relax or telework, as it has a good 600mb WiFi connection. Parking is available within the development, which has 24 hour video surveillance for added security. What you will like most about staying here: - Waking up in a quiet place and enjoying a morning coffee on the terrace, in absolute tranquillity, watching the sunrise. - Going down to the beach or to the Luna beach bar to enjoy a beer, strolling along a wide, quiet street, and seeing the beautiful old houses and the nature of the area. - Stroll along the Senda Litoral, both in winter and summer, watching the sea. Things to bear in mind: - This is a first floor without lift. The access staircase is wide and comfortable to use, but it is important to take this into account. - The shower has a limited capacity of 50 litres. - Although you need a car to get to the town centres (Marbella and Fuengirola), there are plenty of places to enjoy within walking distance. This 2 bedroom apartment is located in a quiet area, just a 10 minute/900m walk from 'Playa Luna' beach and the start of the 'Senda Litoral', a 6 km long pedestrian promenade that links Calahonda with La Cala de Mijas. Within a 900 metre radius there are cafés, restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets (Lidl, Maskom), chemist, and other useful shops. Several golf courses are accesible by car: Siesta Golf (tennis and padel) is 2 minutes away and Cabopino Golf a 6 minute drive. Other places of interest in the area: - Chiringuito Luna on Luna beach - 1 minute drive or less than 10 minutes walk. Here you can enjoy the restaurant and cocktail bar. - Churrería Ana Bella - the best churros for breakfast is a 1 minute drive or an 8 minute walk away. - A small open air shopping centre with pharmacy, Maskom supermarket, Lidl supermarket, various cafes, hairdressers, Bar Lennon, bank cash machines, golf shop, Chinese bazaar and other shops of interest is about 8 minutes walk away. - Mercadona 5 minutes drive away - Alhamar Gym 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive. - Max Beach Gymnasium with sea views 5 minutes by car - Club del Sol 3 minutes drive: tennis, paddle tennis and squash - Cabopino Port and Cabopino Beach 6-7 minutes by car - Miel y Nata - well known and popular restaurant in the area with large terrace 4 minutes drive - Less than 2 minutes drive away, on Avenida de España, there is a strip full of restaurants. You can walk, but its not recommended as it is a very steep street. Chinese restaurants, Italian restaurants, pubs, etc. Oxygen is 200m away, with great facilities and 10 padel courts that can be rented. Access by car to other points of interest: 15 minutes to Marbella centre, 15 minutes to Fuengirola centre, 12 minutes to CC La Cañada, 35 minutes to Malaga Airport. Basic pool rules: - You must shower before entering the pool. - Children under the age of thirteen must always be accompanied by an adult. - It is forbidden to play football or other ball games in the gardens and in the swimming pool. - It is forbidden to use inflatable toys in the swimming pool, particularly mats. - The use of glass items in the pool and garden area is prohibited. This is important as, in the event of a broken glass or ceramic object, it will be very difficult to remove all the debris, endangering other users. - The pool chairs and sun loungers are the property of the community and must therefore be left clean and tidy at the end of the day. - The conduit that joins the pools is for aesthetic purposes only, and its use as a slide is strictly forbidden. - Personal belongings must be removed at the end of the day, including sun loungers, as they may hinder the gardener's work. - The use of floats for swimming is forbidden, as they are reserved exclusively for emergencies. ACCESS TO THE URBANISATION - The access gates to the Community and garages must always remain closed. - Cars must only enter the urbanisation through the entrance on Calle Sevilla and leave only through the gate leading to Avenida España. - Cars must be parked in the areas assigned for this purpose, taking care not to obstruct the exit of any vehicle or occupy more than one parking space. It is strictly forbidden to park on the grassy areas, as they have an automatic watering system installed. In the event of damage to one of these systems as a result of having parked the vehicle on it, the tenant or owner will be responsible for the repair costs. OTHER RULES OF COEXISTENCE - It is strictly forbidden to tamper with the security cameras in any way. - The visible parts of the terraces must be kept as tidy as possible and no towels or laundry must be left in view. - Bicycles, trolleys, furniture, etc. are not allowed in the communal areas. - It is strictly forbidden to keep dogs without a leash inside the urbanisation, and they must leave the urbanisation to relieve themselves. - The breakage or deterioration of a common element, due to improper use or use contrary to its intended purpose, will give rise to the economic demand for the amount of the repair bill of the said common element.
