« We went to celebrate my daughters graduation ….everything was very clean, perfect location close but not to close so we still had privacy being on bayside . The condo was clean and orderly and the Owner Dawn was very easy to communicate with and if we had any questions was very quick to respond. « This little gem was in the BEST location for us. Early morning sunrise was half a block away from a pristine beach! Step right outside to hop on the OC bus which takes you in and out of all the action. The studio apt was very clean and had EVERYTHING we needed, including a FULL kitchen, washer and dryer, beach chairs and umbrella! « We arrived to the unit to find the front door lock broken, so the unit was open to anyone who wanted to enter. Once inside, the smell of mold was so strong we were uncomfortable with our toddlers being in the condo for any extended period of time, and turning on the AC just made the smell worse. Overall, the unit is in need of a deep clean; the couches are stained, the kitchen table wasn't clean, and sand and dust were present throughout. We had to make a last minute decision to find a new place...

« This is one of the best places for off season renting. It"s quiet yet right on the beach so you can hear the waves. It was raining almost the whole time but we still had a great visit. Beds were very comfy and that is very important to me. The bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was ok with an older coffee pot and sparse dishes,silverware. Lots of pots and pans. So, I'd say replace to coffee pot with a new one or Keurig and just an extra set of plates and silverware. We will be re-renting...
