"It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom needs am exhaust fan. "

"The location is great, walking distance to metro, and other public transportation. At the time we arrived, they were doing some construction so we couldn’t appreciate the main lobby and surrounding areas. The room a nice size, clean, small refrigerator, coffee maker. The only problem that we get charged to keep our bags/suitcases when our room was not ready, obviously we weren’t going to be all our town hauling them. Other than that, we’re pleased we our stay."

"We had a great time at the W Times Square. Ish was simply fantastic, he made our checkin process easy and explained the property in a funny and friendly way. We were able to go to the TMPL gym and got our complimentary drinks. He also signed us up to become Marriott members, so we’re looking ahead to a long time relationship with the chain. "I ALWAYS stay at the New Yorker when in Manhattan, it's safe, secure, well-staffed, and conveniently located. The TicToc restaurant and Trattoria bar on-site makes for great options for those times when you just don't want or need to leave the hotel."
