The location of the house is in a great spot, close walking distance to 1st beach and restaurants. . The deck and yard was was what sold us on the location. A few minor things - as I’m pretty particular about some things - a few corners of rooms had cobwebs and the front steps/porch are very worn and when wet, very slippery, so be extra careful. The backyard was perfect for us and our dogs! LOVED the deck! Plenty sleeping areas!
