Enjoy easy access to so many places from this perfectly located home base.  
There is a bus stop about 3 houses down the street , at spruce street and East water street .  
This is a fully furnished, newly renovated , first floor apartment that sleeps up to 2 people, with all utilities included. Laundry, internet, smart tv, microwave, range, coffee pot, etc. All  
included.  
The space  
Giant grocery store less than half a mile from your apartment, lots of things local and within walking distance.  
Easy and close access to highways, Amtrak, Harrisburg Int. Airport, Penn state campus, Amazon Warehouse, UPS warehouse, Fedex warehouse and much more.  
This is on the first floor, so there may be some noise from the unit above.

The first floor apartment, and the little deck out the back door.

This is on the first floor so there could be some noise from the apartment above it.  
There is usually pretty easy street parking in front of the unit but the parking is not reserved.Cozy, newly renovated , fully furnished, 2nd and 3rd floor 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. This comfortable cozy apartment is designed to be your home away from home. It is conveniently equipped with a washer and dryer on the main floor. Fully furnished kitchen for all your cooking needs. There is a comfortable living room with a smart TV.  
(Bus stop is a few houses down the road)  
This is located in a residential neighborhood. There are several stores and restaurants within a few minutes drive.  
The space  
The main door opens into the kitchen with the laundry closet behind the door. The bathroom is off of the kitchen. Next would be the dinning and living room. Up a flight of steps you will find the two bedrooms.  
Other things to note  
This is a second floor and 3rd floor apartment,  
so there are a decent amount of steps.
