- What is incredible about this house is the location and the magnificent ocean views and big back yard and decks. It would be hard to find a house like this anywhere. It is so close to everything . Since it is a 3 family home that is all connected but can also be separated it is superb for wedding parties, reunions etc. . It is across from Easton Beach in Newport and has 360 degree views of ocean and Newport's cliff walk. You can rent the entire house which is all connected inside and outside.
8 bedrooms , 3 living rooms, 3 kitchens and dining areas , 6 bathrooms, 3 washer and dryers, 5 tv's, gas grill, firepit, 2 electric fireplace, outdoor shower, big back yard, roof deck, ocean views, front and back decks, 8 parking spaces , decks galore, roof deck, First/ Easton beach is right across the street, panoramic views of ocean/ First Beach/ Easton Pond and cliff Walk
