I didn't notice if this was mentioned in the property info but it may make a difference to some people that this apartment is on the 3rd floor and there are stairs to climb. No problem for us. Also the control for the heat is not in the apartment but I will say the home owner was more than accommodating when we texted her for changes in the apartment temperature.
