The space  
The property is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the condo building and offers a large eat in kitchen completely stocked with plenty of cookware, dinnerware, Keirig and drip coffee maker and appliances to satisfy any chef as well as a dining table with seating for 6.  
  
The kitchen opens up into a spacious living room with a pullout queen sofa couch, large flat-screen TV and DVD Player and Fire stick. Also, on the first floor is the full bathroom with plenty of towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash and hair dryer to use.  
  
The washer and dryer closet is on the 1st floor and is stocked with detergent, dryer sheets, iron and ironing board to keep your items fresh an clean during your stay.  
  
Take the spiral staircase up to the 2nd floor where you will find the half bath and two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom with a queen bed, large dresser and stunning ocean views. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, large dresser and large closet with a window looking out onto the garden and back porch. Linens are provided!  
  
Take in the views on the ocean facing balcony or relax on the back porch both with a small table and two chairs to enjoy.  
  
The unit comes with 2 assigned parking spots and a few additional guests spots.  
  
It is directly across the street from 1st beach with gorgeous views, a 10-15 minute walk to 2nd beach or the cliff walk, and less than 2 miles/5 minutes to downtown Newport.
