Sorrento is a coastal inspired four-bedroom holiday home within a short stroll to the sand and surf of the well-acclaimed Middleton Beach. With enough room to accommodate two families or a group of adult friends under the one roof, entertaining after exploring the many tourist attractions throughout Port Elliot, Goolwa and Victor Harbor will be a treat. Sorrento’s front and rear balconies are a great spot to take advantage of the coastal environment. Enjoy reading, soaking up the sun or entertaining with the fresh sea breeze, ocean views and the sound of the waves surrounding you. The Space: The upper level of the home has a welcoming feel with character ceilings throughout and multiple windows adding to the feeling of space and the abundance of natural light. The open-plan living and dining area adjoins the kitchen area, which has a dishwasher, microwave and all the essentials you’ll need for your stay, including a 55inch Smart TV. The main bedroom with ensuite is also on this level. The lower level, also with a welcoming feel, consists of the additional three bedrooms, second living area also with TV, DVD and games table (perfect for the kids), main bathroom and separate laundry. On the outside you’ll find a fully fenced back yard, ideal for the kids to have a game of cricket, BBQ area with outdoor setting where you can relax and enjoy each other’s company and a bottle of local wine. Ample off street parking is available. It is well laid out with parents bedroom and ensuite upstairs and heaps of space downstairs. The rear yard is beautifully landscaped with an attractive table setting out of the wind. Clean and well presented with great facilities. Excellent lay out when sharing with a holiday house with teens, the pool table a big hit with the kids. I also appreciated the peace of mind of the secure yard for my dogs. Fantastic location, less than three minute walk to the beach.
