Apartment located on the 4th floor, perfect for families or groups of friends. It features 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a spacious, bright living room with floor-to-ceiling windows across the entire width, opening onto a sunny terrace with a view of the blooming Leopoldlaan. The fully equipped open kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals. There is also a separate toilet and a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a small storage room in the apartment. At the rear, a cozy sun-facing terrace is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The apartment offers all modern comforts and enjoys a prime location, close to the promenade, the beach, and various shops and restaurants. In the basement, 2 bike hooks are available, accessible via the garage gate – ideal for cyclists. Wifi: yes - parking: not included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.
