This charming 2-bedroom apartment, recently renovated, is located on a side street near Epernayplein, within the modern Borsalino residence. It offers a comfortable and stylish setting for a pleasant stay. The spacious living room includes a seating area and dining area, perfect for relaxing or sharing meals with family or friends. The open, fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook during your stay. The apartment features two bedroom 2: 2 single beds 90 x 200 instead of double bed and a bathroom with an Italian-style shower, a single sink, and separate toilets. With sleeping accommodations for 6 people, this apartment is ideal for family vacations or a getaway with friends. It combines comfort, modern amenities: vacuum cleaner, Senseo, and a prime location near local attractions, ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay.  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other.
