This charming apartment is located in the heart of Middelkerke, offering a peaceful retreat with an oblique sea view. Just steps from Epernay Square and a short walk from the tram stop, the property is ideally positioned for exploring the local area. Enjoy the convenience of a front terrace, where you can relax while taking in the scenic surroundings. The apartment is designed with comfort in mind and includes modern amenities such as a digital TV, Wi-Fi, and laminate parquet flooring till the second floor throughout. The apartment features a spacious bedroom with a luxurious 180x200 double bed and cozy duvets for two, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Pets are not allowed, maintaining a quiet and clean environment. The building is equipped with an elevator and is wheelchair accessible, making it easy to access for all guests. A garage is not available. In addition to its prime location, the apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with a combination oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and coffee maker, perfect for preparing meals or enjoying a cup of coffee. The bathroom is fitted with both a bath and shower, and a separate WC is provided for added comfort. This well-maintained property offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other.
