Inside, you will find a beautifully furnished living room that seamlessly integrates with a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, ensuring a restful stay. For added convenience, the bathroom is equipped with a practical walk-in shower. The property is not pet-friendly, ensuring a peaceful environment for all guests. The apartment is ideally located within walking distance of public transport, making it easy to plan day trips and explore the area with your family. Additionally, a tram stop is nearby for convenient access to transportation. Enjoy the beauty of the outdoors from the terrace at the back of the apartment or take in the views from the balcony at the front. Garage is not included. Equipped with modern amenities, this apartment includes heating, digital TV, Wi-Fi, and a Nespresso machine for your comfort. The kitchen is fully functional, featuring a combination oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kettle for added convenience.
