This charming apartment, located on the sea wall of Middelkerke, offers a fantastic view of the dike and the beach, making it an ideal destination for a peaceful getaway. The apartment is situated on the first floor and features a cozy living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Sleeping accommodation for up to 6 people includes a bedroom with a double bed, a separate sleeping area, and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment also provides modern amenities like digital TV, Wi-Fi, and a heating system powered by gas. The property is in a prime location, very close to the casino, Epernay Square, and a tram stop, making it easy to explore the local area. You can enjoy the beautiful surroundings from the back balcony, which is furnished with terrace chairs and a table, perfect for a morning coffee or evening relaxation. For added convenience, the property offers a garbage cellar, an elevator, and is not pet-friendly, ensuring a clean and quiet environment for all guests.
