Very quiet location, no through traffic, but only 10 minutes walk to the city center. on foot.

Land 636 square meters with beautiful mature garden terrace with 20 square meters, table with 4 chairs, open to the south. Patio with sand pit and barbecue follow.  
Space for bicycles and other in the locked garage.  
Parking in front of the house - if necessary for 2 cars. Additional parking on the roadside.

Central heating, additional floor heating in hall, toilet, bathroom, kitchen and living / dining room  
All outlets in the base area with child safety  
Outlets in the hallway with LED lighting for safety at night  
Central locking system (the same key for the front door, garage, boiler room, laundry, garden)  
Garage with electric drive  
Dishes / utensils / glasses is all abundant  
Wireless internet access  
SAT-TV and mini-stereo system (radio, CD, MP3, USB) in the living room.

Living / dining room: sofa / sitting area, 3 small coffee tables, TV, dining table, dining table, 3 chairs, showcase, small stand shelf.  
Laundry: accessible from the outside, sink, washing machine, dryer  
Garage: it is normally not corented, but you can here, for example. the bikes and store crates / inventories.  
  
Outside accommodation:  
  
Terrace 20 m², sheltered from 3 sides, open to the south. Large table, 4 comfortable chairs and parasol. More chairs are available if needed.  
The open space, directly connected to the terrace, offers a large barbecue and a small sandpit. 2 sunbeds are also available.  
  
  
Our detached cottage with garden is designed for 4 people for sole use and 2015 completely renovated and completely refurbished. For 4 people are comfortable beds available: in the bedroom is a box spring bed, 180 cm to 2 meters tall and with no "foot" in the nursery there are 2 single beds, each 90 cm to 1.90 meters. The complete interior has been newly acquired in 2016. The house has a very quiet location, no through traffic disturbs and the historic city center can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. Occupancy: 4 adults and two children.

Non smoking, no pets, suitable for allergy sufferers.
