Located in the exclusive gated community of Eastern Shores, this peaceful corner townhouse sits along the water canal that leads to ocean access. \*\*\*\*\* Please note: \*\*\*\*\* the association is currently completing a seawall reconstruction project. As a result, the patio area is currently inaccessible and unusable, and the water view is partially obstructed by the common staging area being used for the work. The home's interior beauty, comfort, and tranquility remain fully intact.  
  
This listing is for the entire property, ensuring complete privacy during your stay.  
  
The home is furnished, sleeps two guests, and features a beautifully renovated interior. On the first floor, you'll find an open kitchen and living area, featuring a high-end Nolte kitchen, Vetrazzo kitchen countertop, full kitchen amenities, and white glass porcelain floors. A Sonos sound system enhances your entertainment experience.  
  
The second floor houses the main bedroom with a small sunbathing balcony\* and a full bathroom equipped with a private sauna, toilet, and bidet.
