This elegant condo-hotel offers resort-style amenities, including a pool, fitness center, and complimentary shuttle service to the beach, just one block away. Whether you're here for vibrant nightlife, world-class dining, or upscale shopping, you’re only minutes from the best South Florida has to offer. \- 2 Full Size Beds \- Balcony with a Fantastic View. Overseeing the Intracoastal Waterway where all kinds of boats pass by, all kinds of sea animals including manatees, sharks and rays \- High Speed WiFi \- Complimentary Trolly rides to and back from the beach. \- Room size is 357 sqft.
