Breathtaking ocean views, bright and spacious apartment steps to the beautiful beach! Fully stocked with beach towels and beach gear for the kids. Arcade in living room for up to 4 players! Building is very secure with 24 hour security, also has cafe, mini market, pool and gym available just downstairs. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, parks.. Aventura Mall is just a 5 min drive away! South Beach 10-15 drive to Miami Beach/South Beach nightlife.

*there is a $41 resort fee to be paid in lobby at check-in. It is a one time fee, not daily

Fully Stocked Condo!
We had a family stay here, which included a senior and a toddler. Everyone was happy and enjoyed themselves with enough space for everyone. Location is wonderful - a 5-10 minute walk across the street to the beach. The host provided a lot of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and other fun stuff for the beach. A wagon was there to haul it all too! Lots of restaurants (upscale and fast food) and supermarkets are a few minutes drive or 15 min walk. The pool in the condo is wonderful too, with lots of chairs and cabanas. Parking in garage is a little tricky to find the first time, but once you find it, it's one of the most convenient spots in the entire building. The city park is between the condo and the beach, which has a nice playground and small water features. The condo has a TV in each room with Netflix, Disney+ already ready to go. There are a couple of small cosmetic issues (paint chipping in one of the bathtubs), but for the most part, everything is clean and ready to go. Would definitely return.

Great location for beach access, average condo.
The location of the property was exactly what we were looking for. Easy access to the beach, pool, and great views from the balcony. If I were to rate the condo based on a five star rating, I would rate it a three. Overall everything in the condo is out of date, but has all the necessities you would need for a family vacation. The beach accessories and beach wagon were perfect for a family of four. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything you need. The laundry is located near the elevators with two washers and two dryers. You will need to spend a minimum of $10 to load your card, or access through an app on your phone. The check-in process was easy, minus the $50 fee the condo charge for an unknown reasons. The concierge at the check-in felt bothered by asking additional questions, for instance, what is the wrist band for that your putting on me? The parking spot was great, providing direct access to the condo freight elevator. The pool was great for the kids, spacious, and rarely busy. Outside of the beach and pool, there are few activities for young children close by. The area is very commercial without surf shops or areas to walk around. There is a nice park with playground directly in front of the condo with shade. Overall I would stay here again for the price. It's a good "home base" if your looking for a quick get away to access the beach and private pool. We stayed four nights and was the perfect amount of time for the area.

Perfect condo by the beach
Highly recommend this adorable condo just a block from the beach. There’s a pool, a little market, and you can play pool and table tennis by the pool area. It has a gorgeous view and the property is well stocked. When we arrived it was very clean and had nearly everything we needed. The property manager is friendly, engaged, and responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

The property was large enough, laid out well, very good kitchen appliances, great AC, great view and balcony, convenient parking, great location. The few things needing help were addressed immediately. The location was just west of Collins Avenue with a great view of the ocean but also of green lawn and landscape.

We appreciated that the owner was very responsive. Location was tricky at first and took a little getting used to but the staff was very friendly and the view was great. 4 Stars because normally we have a few extra amenities such as coffee but what was provided was very adequate and because I was also very nervous waiting so long for the check in instructions which I had to try to view while driving...but seeing the mix of tourists in Miami lately I guess I can understand the owner's concern. This was my first experience with that. Overall, we did appreciate the responsiveness.

Great place!!
The only reason I gave a 4 on the accuracy is because we did have to pay $40 to park, but the owner did add that to the description since. We loved this place! 5 min or less walk to beach, nice pool/game area, a small (very reasonably priced) store in the building, everyone is very nice and accommodating. 16 floors but never had to wait for an elevator. The condo is larger than it appears in the pictures, so spacious and comfortable. Absolutely great view!! Immediate response from owners every time we communicated with them. Sunny Isles Beach is just a beautiful area and pretty easy to get around, right off Collins Ave which takes you straight down to Miami Beach. Highly recommend!!
